Online CPR & Choking Course
CPR and Choking Training required to bring home your baby from the hospital and safely care for your infant at home in case of an emergency. Receive training by an American Heart Association instructor. Online or In Person Class Available.

Unlimited access to your own personal Birth & Postpartum Nurse Doula Bestie!!! Reach out via email or text throughout your Pregnancy, Birth and Post-Partum journey and receive answers, education, and referrals at your fingertips!

Labor & Birth Support
Prenatal Visits, Birth Plan Development, and In Person or Virtual Labor and Support during Birth by our Labor & Delivery Trained Nurse Doula.​

We provide advocacy for our clients during the laboring & birthing process and assistance with breathing, positioning, and decision-making support throughout the birthing process.

Virtual coaching also provided.

Virtual Prenatal Class
Comprehensive Online Prenatal Education Class filled with all of the questions you may have about the prenatal and birthing process, as well as how to care for a newborn! This course is packed with essential information to help you on your journey as a new (or returning) parent. Go at your own pace and access the course later to freshen up on the information (for up to 9 months after purchase).

Bringing Baby Home Virtual Workshop
Our Bringing Baby Home Private Virtual Course is filled with essential information to assist both parents with feeling comfortable and confident bringing their newborn baby home! This course is recommended for parents either before birth or before being discharged from the hospital or birthing center. You will learn breast and bottle feeding techniques, be provided with information on how to prepare for baby in your home, what to expect, and more!

Postpartum Doula Services
Full Service Doula support by a Registered Nurse. In home assistance with caring for your newborn baby, adjusting to new family roles, breast/bottle feeding support, diapering, changing, bathing, and everything in between.
Support services available from birth through 12 weeks postpartum based on family dynamics/comfort. Assistance with surrogate & adoptive newborns as well.

Newborn Coaching Session
Receive one-time In-Home or Virtual Newborn Support to discuss and help troubleshoot hurdles Mom may be encountering now that baby is home from the hospital. Individualized assistance with Breastfeeding and/or Bottle Feeding for Babies and Mamas experiencing some difficulties.

Post-Partum Recovery Kit
So you've pushed a baby out or gave birth surgically, and now your body needs your help to recover, while also providing nutrients to your baby.

We have created the ULTIMATE Postpartum recovery kit to help you recover during the early stages of the fourth trimester. This is the bag that no one talks about, but many birthing partners cannot do without!

The recovery period does not have to be tedious. We are here to help! We recommend ordering your Postpartum Recovery Kit at least 6 weeks before your due date, to ensure your tailored-to-you kit is delivered early and ready to use immediately post birth. You'll thank us later!

Concierge Surgical Recovery
We offer one on one RN recovery assistance in your home or designated location, to assist you through the challenges of recovering after surgery. We collaborate with your surgeon & follow discharge instructions provided, as well as assist with light household duties while your body heals. We provide surgical incision care, monitor for infections, and get you up and moving as soon as your body can handle it, so that you can get back to your life more quickly!
